Before You Write

The more of this you include, the more useful the first reply will be.

Clear and reasonably sharp. Faces, couples, pets, logos and outdoor scenes all work.

13×16, 19×19 or 19×23 inches for a portrait. For a wall or reception piece, the dimensions of the space.

Glossy or matte melamine polish, and whether you would like any hand-painted colour.

When you need it. One portrait takes at least ten to twelve days, so allow a little more.

Fastest route

The studio takes most of its work over WhatsApp. Send the photograph straight through and you will usually hear back the same day.
